Autonomous Sanctions

Autonomous Sanctions are punitive measures, not involving the use of armed force that the Australian Government and the United Nations, choose to take as a policy response to situations of international concern.

Before travelling internationally you should be aware of any Autonomous Sanctions applicable to the Country you are travelling to, and ensure that you are able to comply with these Sanctions, please see the DFAT Website for further guidance or Curtin Staff may access the Curtin International Sanctions Website for further information.
